Attention and concentration

This program is a little different: the sessions aren’t quite meditation sessions, but you will find many links to what you experience when you practice mindfulness or full presence. You can think of this journey as an exploration of the mechanisms in the brain that often prevent you from concentrating. You will learn to better understand, observe and feel the forces that constantly tug at your attention, and you will discover how to react to them with kindness, firmness and intelligence, like a sailor using the wind and the currents to follow the course they have set.
