One unique aspect of being a woman is the cyclical nature of our lives, which follows a particular rhythm from puberty through to menopause and beyond. Through meditation, we learn to listen to our bodies and refine our awareness of our perceptions, sensations, and emotions. This helps us gain greater self-knowledge and self-confidence, finding serenity even in the face of things we cannot control.
