“Summer” is the ovulation phase of the menstrual cycle. It also corresponds to the full moon phase. This program consists of 28 sessions, one per day of the menstrual cycle, divided into four seasons, each corresponding to one week of the cycle. Each week, or season, includes information about the menstrual cycle, the corresponding moon phase, the parallel with an archetype according to Miranda Gray’s work, as well as invitations to a ritual, to listen to a poem and to a movement toward the following season. We suggest you start this program with winter on the first day of your period – in other words, the first day of the menstrual cycle. This is the easiest way, as you know where you are in your cycle when your period arrives… but you can absolutely start with another season depending on where you are physiologically, or if you wish to align with the lunar cycle. Doing a full cycle of this program will feel like a big accomplishment. And doing it again some time later and discovering what has changed – if anything! – will be exciting too. Happy exploring :)
