Camille Sfez is a clinical psychologist and trainer who works with individuals and groups to help them better understand themselves and thus achieve greater authenticity and freedom. 

She is also the author of a book in which she shares her journey to discover the powerful in the feminine, particularly through the cyclical nature of women's bodies. 

Camille discovered meditation through apps and has been meditating for more than a decade. In her sessions, she uses guided visualizations, such as journeys through the sensorial body and through vulnerability, helping the meditator return enriched from this exploration of their own depths.
