A dedicated yoga student since 2002, Tulsi began her meditation practice in a humble yoga studio in New York City while studying art theory and history at New York University. Leaning to meditate in one of the most alive, loud and overstimulated cities in the world, it quickly became apparent to Tulsi that we are not always able to escape off into the quiet mountains of the Himalayas to find peace within but that it is something that can be found even in the most turbulent environments with enough self awareness, patience and practice. Trained in hatha, vinyasa & 'Jivamukti'  yoga, Tulsi began publicly teaching yoga and meditation in New York City in 2010. More recently she relocated to Luxembourg City, where she is now the co-owner of "yogaloft. Luxembourg." She is known for her unique self-expression and spiritually inspirational classes that connect both the physical and mystical aspects of yoga and meditation. She believes that inner peace can be realized in just one conscious breath, the one you take right now.
