Trained in the Mindfulness Meditation approach by Brown University's Mindfulness Center, she is now an MBSR instructor and professional coach.

Mathilde discovered meditation over 10 years ago. Her personal journey led her to deeply anchor Mindfulness in her life, and inspired her to commit herself to helping others discover it in a simple, light and accessible way.

What sets her coaching apart is that she combines the depth of mindfulness with the performance of coaching.

She worked for 16 years in major international groups before setting up her own marketing consultancy. She has accompanied dozens of companies on the subjects of transformation, creativity and stress reduction in connection with mindfulness and neuroscience.

She also regularly leads MBSR cycles, yoga & meditation retreats and workshops.
