Anthony Mette is a psychologist and mental preparation coach. He specialises in supporting top-level athletes in their search for equilibrium and performance. He also teaches psychology at the University of Bordeaux and provides training on a range of themes in sports psychology and health. He holds a PhD in social psychology in sport, and diplomas in mental preparation, mindfulness, mental imagery and emotions in traditional Chinese medicine. He has also written three books, including one on mental preparation for athletes.
