Graduate from the renowned business school, ESCP, Anne-Valérie has been working in various companies for 17 years. Before starting her own business, her positions had been related to strategic planning and finance. Her regular practice of meditation, intensive retreats and numerous trainings (MBSR instructor) have triggered a deep desire to place mindfulness at the heart of all her activities. Her company, Mediter & Agir, she now combines mindfulness meditation with her profession as a positive psychology coach in order to contribute to greater harmony in the workplace as well as in private.
