Valerie is a sexologist and psychotherapist. Through individual and couple psychotherapy, facilitation and writing, she shares with young people and adults her passion for human sexuality in all its complexity. Her goal is to provide non-judgmental and caring guidance on the path to a sexual and emotional life in line with her values. Meditation has been a part of her life for many years and she teaches mindfulness meditation in psychotherapy and in small groups.
