A psychologist specialising in corporate psychology, Justine has always aimed to help both individuals and groups to become aware of what already works for them and to use this as a foundation both to succeed in difficult situations and to flourish. 
It was when she met Ilona Boniwell, a global pioneer in positive psychology and CEO of Positran, that Justine became convinced by a scientific approach that supports and enhances her own practice. In her work as a consultant for Positran, Justine support individuals and organisations seeking positive transformation through scientific and positive tools.

Justine is trained in MBSR, and has practised meditation every day for five years. Together with Ilona, she is very proud to create a Petit BamBou programme combining these two highly complementary disciplines. The experience of mindfulness allows the practitioner to become mentally and physically aware of the benefits of positive psychology's interventions and concepts. This makes it possible to reinforce your individual talents, favour social links and offer yourself greater presence and commitment in your everyday life, increasing your well-being both in your professional and private lives.
