Jean-Christophe Seznec is a French psychiatrist. He teaches meditation in different university degree programs and leads workshops on ACT. 
He is the co-creator of the website Fink.care, of the remote consultation platform Doctoconsult and of an association that promotes free and open meditation in public spaces in France. He has written several books on well-being, stress at work and self-management. His latest book is "Unplug your mind, tips and tricks to stop thinking and enjoy life". He’s also trained in clowning techniques at the Samovar school, and uses these tools to make his therapies, conferences and interventions dynamic and fun. His vision: To combine knowledge, rigour and science in a resolutely human, creative and functional approach at the service of all.
