A former lawyer and mediator, Alexis is the founder of Kamilex, a company specializing in supporting innovative companies and helping them maximize their human capital. He is a meditation teacher, and an instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. Alexis is an active member of the ADM (Association for the Development of Mindfulness), and a member of the board of directors of the Initiative Mindfulness France think tank, which aims to raise awareness in the political world and amongst public decision makers of the benefits mindfulness can bring to society, in the fields of business, education, health and justice. He has been meditating for 15 years, particularly in the Zen soto tradition of Master Taisen Deshimaru.
